SANDWICH PLATTERS— (Minimum order: 20 people)
Add salads or other sides to make a full meal (see the Sides page for choices).
- Beef and Cheddar—Thin-sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese served on a roll with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
- Turkey and Avocado – Sliced oven baked turkey, Mozzarella cheese, sliced avocado and tomato, green leaf lettuce and ranch on wheat bread.
- Cashew Chicken – Tender-diced chicken mixed with toasted cashews, red onion, celery, mayonnaise and spices. Served inside a flaky, buttery croissant.
- Ham and Swiss – Thin-sliced smoked ham with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and Dijon mustard served on rye or wheat.
- Classic Club Wrap – Sliced breast of turkey, crispy bacon, thin sliced ham, cheese, avocado, green leaf lettuce and tomato with ranch spread and rolled into a tortilla.
- Cobb Wrap – Smoked turkey Cobb sandwich with avocado, strips of bacon, tomato and hard-cooked egg wrapped in a tortilla with blue cheese.
- Italian Sub – Ham, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, onion, Provolone with Italian vinaigrette and pesto aioli served on an Italian hoagie.
- Vegetable Wrap – A large tortilla filled with fresh avocado, tomato, red onion, carrots, crisp lettuce, cucumber, and a fresh basil-garlic spread
- Caprese Sandwich—Fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, sliced tomato and basil aioli.
- Turkey Pesto —Sliced turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion with mayo and pesto on a roll.
BOX LUNCHES– Any of the above sandwiches packaged in a box lunch with a bottled water or canned soda, chips and a delicious homemade cookie.

- Sloe Gin Chicken—Chicken breast marinated in Sloe Gin and teriyaki, topped with steamed broccoli and Mozzarella served with teriyaki mayo on a roll.
- Variety of Sausages—served with sautéed onions, peppers, pickles, sauerkraut, variety of mustards and assorted rolls.
- BBQ Pulled Chicken with chipotle slaw served on a roll.
- Italian Meatball Sub—Meatballs simmered in Marinara sauce with a roll, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- BBQ Pulled Pork—Slow-roasted pork shredded and mixed with BBQ sauce served with rolls, sliced cheddar and Chipotle slaw.
- Chicken Sandwich—Chicken breast with rolls, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, pickles, variety of mustards, mayo and rolls.
- Gyros—sliced Gyro meat with pita bread, Feta cheese, Tzatziki sauce, bell peppers, onion, tomato and cucumbers.
- Bratwurst with Sauerkraut—German bratwurst with brown mustard, rolls, sauerkraut, onions and Swiss cheese.
